Twenty years with U.S. Probation Department in Shreveport,
Louisiana, and Fort Worth, Texas. Prepared presentence reports
on defendants who were convicted of federal crimes. Officer
in charge of white collar offenders for Northern District
of Texas. Supervised individuals who were assigned to the
witness protection program. Supervisor of Fort Worth Probation
office for Judges David O. Belew and Eldon B. Mahon.
Retired from U.S. Probation Office in November 1989 and joined
Max M. Wayman & Associates, Inc., in August 1990.
Provides investigative services to individuals, businesses
and law
firms in locating individuals and/or assets, interviewing
critical
witnesses and re-creating factual situations.
Successfully broke an internal embezzlement case for a large
insurance company and has coordinated and conducted several
surveillance operations obtaining valuable information and
evidence
for use in civil litigation.
Approved to serve process in federal, state and county courts.
Has been appointed by the 48th District Court of Tarrant County
to
assist in locating birth parents or adopted children. |
